Meson Network will launch the Meson Test-net Incentives Program — nicknamed < Hyper Race Ⅰ > from Aug 23 — Sep 13, 2022. The top 100 winners will share up to 5000 Meson Main-net tokens.

Race structure

<Meson Hyper Race I> is a collaborative competition designed to test the network and encourage global participation and support current/potential contributors to prepare to run the world’s largest decentralized bandwidth marketplace.

The basic structure of the Race: each node will compete with each other to provide its own idle bandwidth resources for the network within the specified time, and the number of the test-net tokens obtained by each node will be ranked, and the top 100 miners will receive the Meson main-net token proportionally.

If your ranking is 55th, the scholarship according to the 51–60 ranking is 3.5%, and the ranking prize is 11%, then the award amount is:

5000*0.035*0.11=19.25

Rules

• Tokens reserved for Community are fully locked and will be linearly unlocked monthly over 3 years after the Mainnet goes live.
• The top 100 enthusiasts will be announced at the end of each week, and enthusiasts will be notified of the rankings by email.
• If a bug is identified during the competition that threatens the validity of the power table, or the Meson team identifies some other unforeseen exceptional circumstance, the Meson team may end the competition early. Rewards will still be awarded for the period prior to the discovery of any such bug, to the extent they can be reliably determined. If the bug is responsibly disclosed to the Meson team, the team reporting it will be eligible for rewards of up to 2000 Meson Main-net tokens, depending on the severity and practicality of the bug, as determined by the Meson team.
• While we don’t expect it, in the unlikely event that Meson Network determine in their sole discretion that legal or regulatory issues prevent the delivery of any portion of rewards, the rewards may be restructured, postponed, or canceled.
